Shipping & Return Policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 12-48 hours to process and produce your order. Expect an email within this time period to let you know your order is on the way!
STANDARD SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 days using Canada Post and can arrive within 2-14 business days depending on the province being ordered from. Flat rate shipping is used and applies to orders shipping throughout most of Canada. Please Note: We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
LOCAL DELIVERY:
Local delivery is available for addresses within proximity of our Production Facility, approximately the Kelowna, Lake Country and Vernon regions. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. When your order is ready for delivery, you will be notified with details of the incoming delivery.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS:
If the product is unsatisfactory to the customer - we will consider returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@legendary3d.earth with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
